I don't like her way of dressing, is superficial.

In Ireland peole don't really talk in Gaelic, the learn it at school and only old people in smal village keep on speaking it. But signals are in both languages, maybe just to keep typical traditions near them, traditions help reminding their origins and their peculiarity
